Terms: Our fee is a simple 17.5% of the amount recovered on a contingent basis with no retainer. No recovery - no fee. Unlike tradition Collection Agencies, we insist that all amounts collected are remitted directly to yourselves to avoid delays and additional banking fees. We offer an option below of having FreightDeadbeats attempt to recover our Collection Fee and/or interest on your debt from the Deadbeat. However, in the event that we are unsuccessful in recovering our Fee, it becomes your liability.
